Description

The Chi Chi is essentially a Piña Colada for vodka lovers. This Tiki classic simply swaps the rum for vodka, resulting in a slightly "cleaner" flavor profile with less of a molasses note. The creamy sweetness of the cream of coconut and the fruity acidity of the pineapple juice take center stage here. The Chi Chi is an incredibly quaffable and uncomplicated tropical drink, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the taste of the Caribbean without the dominant character of rum.

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Add a good handful of ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high until a creamy, smooth consistency is achieved.
  4. Pour the contents into a chilled Hurricane glass or another large glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh piece of pineapple and a cocktail cherry.
